How do I organise a quote?
At Enduro Cleans & Critter Control, we pride ourselves on providing every client with a personalised quote. You can reach us via phone, email, facebook direct message or via the contact us page on this website. Brendon will come and discuss your request and provide a no-obligation free quote. Sending your address and photos of the area of concern can assist with a faster quote also.
What hours do you work? Do you offer after hours?
Monday - Friday | 7am - 4pm and Saturday | 7am - 12pm.
Although our standard working hours are listed above, we understand that there will be circumstances in which requests will be made for services to be completed outside of these hours such as needing to be home or after hours for commercial and industrial clients - to avoid business interruption and improve client experience. We will be happy to discuss these with you and work towards providing our services at a mutually agreed time.
For snake relocation requests we are happy to take calls after hours.
Do you offer discounts?
At Enduro Cleans & Critter Control, we pride ourselves on providing individualised quotes for every person/business. We will at times offer specials and limited time offers and these will be advertised via our social media pages (make sure you follow us on Facebook and Instagram to avoid missing out)!
As our way of giving back to the community, Enduro Cleans & Critter Control will offer discounts to our pensioners and veterans. Please let Brendon know (and show evidence) when he quotes your requested services!
Do you provide reminders for services we book with you?
When you accept to engage with our service, you will be sent a confirmation email. Our pest services will also provide you with an email a few days prior with some tips to prepare and get the best outcome.
We also send a copy of your invoice, pest report (if pest service completed) and a thank you email post completion of the job.
Want to remove a task from your to-do-list? We will also send a friendly reminder for your next service appropriate to the task we complete (six-monthly or yearly).
How and when do I pay for services completed?
Our terms at Enduro Cleans & Critter Control are payment upon job completion unless arranged otherwise prior to job commencement. For larger jobs, we reserve the right to request a percentage of your service upfront with the remainder payable upon completion.
How do you take payment?
At Enduro Cleans & Critter Control, our preference is to take payment via credit card/visa debit card upon job completion - payments are processed through the secured Stripe platform. We will also accept bank transfer with remittance advice to be sent to us via email.
We are happy to accept cash payments however we request if you wish to pay via this option that you advise us prior to commencing the requested service - especially if you do not have the exact amount so we can accommodate this request.
What if something is damaged during the service you complete?
At Enduro Cleans & Critter Control, we hold public liability insurance. Any items damaged during our services will be replaced at a fair and market value. We will always advise of potential damage that may occur prior to engaging our pressure washing service and get your permission to proceed. If damage does occur as advised and after providing your instructions to proceed, you waive your right to have us replace/repair said damage.
Do I need to be at home?
This will depend on the services you requested. If you are not going to be at home, we request you secure your pets to minimise anxiety and potential anger towards our team. We will provide you with photo evidence of cleaning services and can take payment over the phone on completion.
What safety/OHS procedures do you use?
At Enduro Cleans & Critter Control, we are all about safety for our team and clients. Our technicians hold the appropriate experience, licences and permits to complete the services they are assigned too. We will follow industry recommended safety standards when engaged in each service type.
When we are on site, we will display witches hats to alert vehicles and pedestrian traffic to our vehicles, pressure cleaning equipment (hoses) and too the work site.
How will I know you are trustworthy and will do a quality job?
At Enduro Cleans & Critter Control, we understand the importance of completing quality work for every service. It is in our interest to give you the best service and outcome to ensure we are front of mind for any future services you require assistance with. Our team (technicians and administration) have many years experience and hold the relevant licenses and permits to complete the job requested.
How can we be assured of our assets have been cleaned properly?
At Enduro Cleans & Critter Control, we always take before and after photos which we are happy to share with you for your records and to show the comparison. You will notice a difference straight away with your assets being brighter and how fresh the area will look. We guarantee you will have people comment on the change!
Do you support NDIS and home care participants?
At Enduro Cleans & Critter Control, we are able to assist self-managed participants … We are looking at the process to become a registered provider and may consider commencing our application in the coming months - stay tuned!
Our most requested services are aimed at providing a safe and clean environment for participants to move freely and without concern and to assist with daily activities. These include pressure cleaning of the home, driveways/pathways and entry access points as well as cleaning of exterior windows.
We have also assisted with gutter cleaning and yard maintenance upon request.
Do you support Department of Veteran Affair participants?
Enduro Cleans and Critter Control have assisted veterans with the external cleaning of their homes and to minimise safety concerns. Our most requested services are for pressure cleaning of pathways/driveways and access points, gutter cleans and exterior window cleaning.

Should I pressure clean my home prior to selling?
You can add thousands of dollars to the sale of your property by engaging a professional clean, especially prior to taking photos for marketing purposes! Real Estate agents have reported seeing better results for their clients when a property has been presented to its highest standard - think curb appeal to entice buyers to make an offer!
How often do you need to pressure clean?
The simple answer is when dirt or mould reappears. Our repeat customers usually book in for another service between 6-12 months. This timeline has many different factors that could influence the time before you need to engage a professional cleaning service again such as; the surface itself, dirt and mould appearing, climate, nearby tress/garden beds and usage.
